Maison ES, located within Wanchai’s renowned Star Street Precinct, is a contemporary French-Asian restaurant housed within in a vintage French house established by Chef Esther Sham since 2015.

By cleverly fusing her favourite family recipes with traditional French cooking techniques, her love for food and family is reflected through the creation she puts on the plate and chef Esther wishes to captivate more diners’ hearts with her truly East-Meets-West Asian French cuisine for many more years to come.
